How do I reactivate my membership?

1. If its your first time on our shiny new site- search 'Customer account activation' to set your password.

2. Add the 'Entry Plan' to your basket.

3. Check out your 'Chosen for you' section and add any shirt as part of your membership.

How does the Garmst Style Recommender work?

Our recommender suggests outfits based on your style preferences, body measurements, and past tried garments. It’s designed to help you find clothes that fit well and match your style, making your 'try before you buy' experience easy and tailored just for you.

What if I lose or damage a Garmst piece?

We get it, accidents happen. All we ask is that you are careful with your shirts and respect them as if they were your own. Unfortunately our insurance doesn’t cover loss, so we reserve the right to charge you up to the RRP if the garment is lost.

If something does happen, please let us know as soon as possible either on Instagram or by emailing hello@garmst.co.uk.

Can I buy a piece I've tried?

Yes, you can! If you love something you’ve tried, you can buy it. The price will depend on how many times it’s been 'test drived', and we’ll take the initial cost you’ve already paid off the final price.

What if my item doesn’t fit?

If something doesn’t fit, just let us know right away through the chat bot on our website or by emailing hello@garmst.co.uk. We’ll sort it out for you and might even send an extra item in your next drop to make sure you’ve got something that fits well.

What if I stain the items? Do I owe money for that? Can I still send it back?

All we ask is that you treat the garments as you would something that is currently in your wardrobe. We work with ACS, an eco-friendly cleaning service, and they can handle most stains with no problem. Just send the item back as usual, and there’s no extra charge for minor stains.

Do I need to wash the items before returning them?

No need to wash the items before sending them back—we’ve got that covered. We partner with ACS, an eco-friendly cleaning service, to make sure everything is clean and ready for the next person. If you want to wash something while you have it, just follow the care labels, but don’t feel like you need to.

How do I return my item at the end of the period?

Returning your item is easy! You’ll find a returns label in your package. If you can’t find it, don’t worry—just use this link to get a QR code for your return. Once you have it, drop the package off at any courier location, and you’re all set!

Garmst Competition Terms & Conditions

 1. **Competition Organiser**: The competition is organised by Garmst (referred to as "the Organiser"). 

2. **Prize**: - The prize is a **year’s worth of clothing** from Garmst, specifically: - **One free shirt each month to try** for 12 months from the Garmst Shirt Plan. - Shirt styles will be selected from the available Garmst inventory at the Organiser's discretion. - The winner will be contacted each month to select their shirt for that month. At the end of the month they must return the shirt for that month.

3. **How to Enter**: - Follow Garmst on Instagram (@garmst). - Sign up for the free email style guide on the Garmst website (https://garmst.co.uk/). - Entry is only valid once both steps have been completed. - Multiple entries are not permitted. 

4. **Eligibility**: - This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Organiser, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. 

5. **Competition Period**: - The competition will run from **[10/09/24]** until **12 pm UK time on September 24, 2024**. - Entries received after this time will not be considered.

6. **Winner Selection**: - One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. - The winner will be announced via Garmst’s Instagram account on or after **September 25, 2024**. - The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, the Organiser reserves the right to choose another winner. 

7. **Shirt Plan Details**: - The winner will receive **one free shirt per month for 12 months**. - The first shirt will be delivered within 30 days of winner confirmation, and subsequent shirts will be delivered monthly. - Shirts cannot be exchanged for other items or for cash. - Shirts will be selected from Garmst’s available inventory. The Organiser reserves the right to make substitutions if necessary based on stock availability. 

8. **General Conditions**: - The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered. - The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without notice. - The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Organiser’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Organiser. 

9. **Data Protection**: - By entering this competition, you agree to the Organiser using your details to administer the competition. This includes contacting you if you win, and signing you up to the Garmst email list. You can unsubscribe at any time. 

10. **Liability**: - The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason, including technical failures. - The Organiser is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 

11. **Governing Law**: - The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. By entering this competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.
